If there are content issues with a book

If you notice any issues with an ebook or Kindle Book's content (such as missing pages, broken HTML, or an incorrect link to a Kindle Book on Amazon), please contact support or your library. The issue will need to be fixed by the ebook's publisher.

For Kindle Book issues, you can try reading in your browser with OverDrive Read until the issue is resolved. To do so, select Read now in browser next to the book on your Loans page (under Loans).

Note: If you're using the OverDrive app, you'll need to switch to your device's web browser to see this option.
