- Open a support case for Libby.
- Open a support case for Kanopy.
- Open a support case for Sora:
- Open Sora and select the Menu
in the top-right corner.
- Go to Help > Support and fill out the details.

Libraries handle the sign-up process for library cards in different ways.
At some libraries, you can sign up for a library card instantly with your mobile phone number. At others, you can apply for a card directly on the library's website or at a local branch.
To see the options for your library, select the Need a library card? link in the footer on your library's OverDrive website.

It's best to contact your library when you run into issues signing in. They can help with fines, blocks, forgotten PINs/passwords, or replacing your library card.
On the sign-in page for your library's OverDrive website, use the Card number help and PIN help links. If your library doesn't provide these, use the Get support link in the footer on your library's OverDrive website.
