How to remove a device from your OverDrive account
If you no longer want a device linked to your OverDrive account, or you've reached the maximum number of devices you can have in your account (6), you can remove a device using the steps below.

- Sign into your OverDrive account at overdrive.com.
- Click your profile in the top-right corner, then select Account Settings.
- Select Devices under the "Account Settings" header.
- Click Delete next to the device you want to remove, then Confirm. The device will be removed from your account.

On Fire tablets, Android, Chromebook, and iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch) devices
- Select the icon in the top-left corner to open the Home menu.
- Select Account, then Manage account.
- Sign in (if prompted), then select Devices.
- Select Delete, then Confirm.
On Windows 8/10 devices
- Open the Settings menu in the top-right corner.
- Select OverDrive account, then Manage account.
- Sign in (if prompted), then select Devices.
- Select Delete, then Confirm.
