You can create an OverDrive account on overdrive.com.

No. Even after you create an OverDrive account, you'll still need a library card to sign into your library and borrow titles from their OverDrive collection.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it on overdrive.com.

If you want to change your password:

1. Sign into your OverDrive account.
2. Select your name in the top-right corner, then select Account Settings.
3. Below "Personal details," select Change your password.

3. Update your personal details (name, email address, or password), favorite genres, or search options.
   
4. After you've made changes, select Save.
   Note: If you change your email address, you'll be automatically signed out of your OverDrive account, and you'll need to sign in again with your new credentials.

From your Account Settings, you can also review and edit your saved Libraries, saved Searches, email Subscriptions, and linked Devices.

1. Sign into your OverDrive account.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner, then select Account Settings.
   
3. Select Devices under the "Account Settings" header.
   
4. Click Delete next to the device you want to remove, then Confirm. The device will be removed from your account.
   

To close your account, sign into your OverDrive account and visit this page on overdrive.com.

Note: Closing your OverDrive account has no impact on your library card. You can continue using the card like normal.
