First, set OverDrive's desktop app to open ODM files automatically

Follow the instructions in this article to associate ODM files with the OverDrive app.

If changing the ODM file association didn't work, try reinstalling both programs

  1. Uninstall both Open Office (or LibreOffice) and the OverDrive app. Use the steps from Microsoft's or Apple's support website for help uninstalling both apps.
