If you see a Disabled button next to a title on your Checkouts page, you may be connected to a library or school network that doesn't allow you to download titles. If that's the case, you should be able to download the title when you switch to a different network.

Even if the download button is disabled, most eBooks and audiobooks also come with a browser-based "Read" or "Listen" option that may work on your device. Just select the Read (In your browser) or Listen (In your browser) button (if available) on your Checkouts page to open the title right in your browser.
