How it works
- Install the app.
You'll need to install OverDrive for Windows Phone to download EPUB eBooks and MP3 audiobooks on your phone. To download EPUB eBooks, you will also need to authorize your phone with an Adobe ID.
If you don't want to install the app, you can read OverDrive Read and MediaDo Reader eBooks right in your phone's browser, with no app or authorization required.
- Borrow titles from your library website.
On your Windows Phone, open the OverDrive app and swipe to the "get books" screen to find your library and borrow titles.
Or, if you don't have the app installed and just want to read eBooks in your phone's browser, you can go to overdrive.com to find your library and borrow eBooks.
EPUB eBooks open automatically in the OverDrive app so you can begin reading as soon as the download is finished.
MP3 audiobooks open automatically in the OverDrive app so you can begin listening as soon as the first part is downloaded.
If you're not using the OverDrive app, you can read OverDrive Read and MediaDo Reader eBooks right in your phone's browser. Just click the Read button next to a borrowed eBook to get started.
