With a Windows computer, you can borrow and enjoy eBooks, audiobooks, and streaming videos from your library's OverDrive website. You can also get free periodicals to read on Windows 8 or 10 computers or one of these supported devices.

Step 1

Open your library's OverDrive website on your computer (find it on overdrive.com).

Step 2

Sign into your library's OverDrive website with your OverDrive account. Then, follow the one-time prompts to save your library card to your account.

If you're under 13, select Sign in using library card instead.

Step 3

Borrow a title. Click Read now, Listen now, or Watch now (if shown), or go to your Checkouts page (under My account) to see all of your options for the title. From there, you can:

They have a Send to NOOK app button instead of a Borrow button, and to read them, you'll need the NOOK reading app (for Windows 8, Android, or iOS) or a NOOK tablet. Step 3

Find borrowed titles on your Checkouts page (under your Account) on your library's OverDrive website. Here you'll find options for reading, watching, or listening to each title. You can:
