How to enjoy eBooks with OverDrive's mobile app for the BlackBerry PlayBook
You can use OverDrive Media Console (OMC) to enjoy EPUB eBooks on your PlayBook. With standard PlayBook gestures you can easily navigate your way through the app.

To read eBooks using OverDrive Read, you need to have access to an updated website.
Click here to learn how to tell if your library website has been updated.

If eBooks are not being displayed correctly, or performance is poor, try accessing OverDrive read using your BlackBerry browser instead of OMC's in-app browser.

Open OverDrive Read eBooks from your bookshelf on your library's digital collection website. You can access your library's digital collection website using the Get Books feature in OverDrive Media Console (OMC). Click the Read (In your browser) button to start reading.

Reading eBooks

Open OMC.

Tap the title you want to read in the 'Bookshelf'.

To go to the next page, tap the right side of the screen, or swipe the screen from right to left.

To go to the previous page, tap the left side of the screen, or swipe the screen from left to right.

Tap the center of the screen to view the current chapter and total book progress.
