How to change lending period options

Because we are in the process of updating all digital library websites, this article has two sets of instructions (learn more).

Your library may offer the option to change the default lending period for digital formats.

1. Click Account on your library's digital collection website.
   If prompted, sign in.

2. Click Settings from the right-hand menu.

3. Pick the desired lending period option for each format.
   
   

Your library may offer the option to change the default lending period for digital formats. You may also be able to change the lending period for individual titles.

Change the default lending period(s)

1. Click My Account (or similar) on your library's digital collection website.
   If prompted, sign in.

2. Click Lending Periods (or similar).

3. Pick the lending period option you want for each format.

4. Click Done to save your choices.

Change the lending period for individual titles

You may also have the option to select a different lending period during the checkout process for individual titles. Changing this option during checkout does not change your default lending period for that format.
