How to transfer titles to an MP3 player using OverDrive Media Console using Windows

To listen to audiobooks and music on the go, transfer titles to an MP3 player using OverDrive Media Console (OMC).

What you need

• A computer with Windows XP, Vista, 7, or 8

• MP3 player

• The USB cable that came with your MP3 player

• OverDrive Media Console for Windows

• iTunes v9.1 (or newer) (if transferring to Apple devices)

• A downloaded audiobook or music title

Transferring titles

1. Open OverDrive Media Console (OMC) on your computer.

2. Select a title and click the Transfer button.
   
   

3. When the Transfer Wizard opens, connect your device to your computer, then click Next.
   
   

4. When your device is detected, the 'Confirm' screen is displayed. Click Next.
   
   
   
   The title is transferred to your MP3 player.
   
   

5. Click Finish.
